I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were nice and clean, but a bit dated and in need of updating. The layout allowed for privacy, although noise from the golf course was a downside. The musty smell and older furniture were noticeable. The service was friendly overall, but lacked sufficient knowledge and attention to detail. The location was excellent for accessing Indian Rocks Beach and nearby dining options. The dining experience was average, and the included breakfast layout could be improved.

My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The fully stocked kitchenette was convenient, but the room felt extremely dated and lacked modern amenities. Additionally, being located on the top floor near ongoing construction was quite disruptive. On the bright side, the hotel had a great location with plenty to do nearby and easy beach access.
